2968283 - BPC security profile not saved problem - BPC standard

Symptom

You experience inconsistent and incorrect behavior when assigning users to BPC security profiles, for example data access profiles (DAP).

You can assign a new profile to the user and save successfully. But it is not actually saved.

You get the green message saying the change was saved successfully. But if you open the screen again, it still shows the old content instead of the updated content.
