2968353 - Position target population not respect when creating a new position - Employee Central

User has target population restricted to see a certain legal entity in the system however when creating a new position in the system this user can see all the legal entities for his selection.

This is expected behavior by the system, the target population will restrict the user to see just existing positons that match the target criteria.

In case that you are creating a new position the system will not respect the target population, this will happen when the position is saved on the system.
