Symptom

The date range can be set more than 3 months for "Search Summary" report but not for other reports

Environment

SAP Jam Collaboration

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to SAP Jam
  2. Go to SAP Jam Admin
  3. Expand Analytics
  4. Select Reports
  5. Select "Search Summary by Month" or "Search Summary by Week"
  6. Click Request Report

Resolution

The behavior is by design in SAP Jam. Some reports are designed without a date range limitation while other reports have a three months limitation if they have a time frame condition for report. It is introduced due to performance issues.
