2968407 - How to Disable Development Goal drop down when Adding Activity in CPM - Continuous Performance Management

User wants to remove the Development goal drop down when Adding Activity 

• SAP SuccessFactors Continuous Performance Management
• SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Planning

1. Navigate to Continuous Performance Management
2. Click on Add Activity
3. The Development Goal Plan drop down are available

If a default development goal plan is enabled and user has access to development goal plan, user could link activities to development goals.

Only when users don't have Career Development Plan (CDP) Access Permission, the development goal part won't show in CPM.
