2968411 - IPS job fails with error: HTTP operation failed invoking <url> with statusCode: 403, Response: [LGN0002]

Symptom

In the Identity Provisioning Service, job fails and the following error message is displayed in the job log:

Error during execution of the SF route Caused by: org.apache.camel.http.common.HttpOperationFailedException: HTTP operation failed invoking <url> with statusCode: 403, Response: [LGN0002]Authentication failed. You do not have the admin permission to access OData API. Please check the permission setting for your role at Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles > Manage Integration Tools > Enable Allow Admin to Access OData API through Basic Authentication. For more information, visit https://help.sap.com/viewer/0377d826832f445e82d09fdac7228f34/latest/en-US/650350ce2e274ee5b1f19c8cb3b1531d.html."
