2968424 - Is it possible to restore deleted records from Data Replication Monitor?

Symptom

You intend do restore previous deleted records from Data Replication Monitor.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Resolution

With the current features of the system, it is currently not possible to restore deleted DRM records.

What happens is that after the record is deleted from the DRM interface, a background process is triggered, which will delete the records from the database in packages of 100. The system decides when the background process will run. Once it is started, it searches for all records that are flagged as 'Deleted' to delete them from the database.

As an alternative solution, you can check the SLG1 logs from ERP system. You can also check on program SE16 under table BALHDR.

More information can be also found at the Data Replication Monitor handbook.
