2968444 - Technical User can not be assigned to a person BP during employee synchronization to BP

Symptom

It is impossible to assign a BP to a Technical user, during employee synchronization to BP in S/4 HANA via SAP standard report /SHCM/RH_SYNC_BUPA_EMPL_SINGLE or /SHCM/RH_SYNC_BUPA_FROM_EMPL.
After synchronization, the following errors will be shown in SLG1 log.

Message number: /SHCM/EMPLOYEE_BL 018
                  Text: Employee XXXXXXXX: error in inserting/updating workplace address.

Message number: 01 289
                  Text: There is no address data for user XXXXX
