2968474 - Msg 4207 when running DUMP TRAN after 'SELECT INTO' has been executed -SAP ASE

Symptom

When running dump tran to backup transaction log, it runs into error,

Msg 4207, Level 16, State 1:
Server 'DBSERVER', Line 1:
Dump transaction is not allowed because a non-logged operation was performed on the database. Dump your database or use dump transaction with truncate_only until you can dump your database.

ASE errorlog has following warning,

WARNING: The transaction log for database '<dbname>' (dbid <>) can no longer be dumped due to user '<username>' (suid <>) executing SELECT INTO.
