2968586 - What is the origin of the Job Requisition Fields in the Job Posting Rules - Recruiting Posting

When creating Job Posting Rules in Recruiting Posting, you find some Job Requisition Fields that are not from Recruiting Management.

Most of the job requisition fields that you will see in Recruiting Posting when setting up the job posting rules (Field Completion) are coming from your instance Recruiting Management. 

However, there is a few that are the default ones of Recruiting Posting. To recognize them, you just need to look at the first letter.

• If it's an UpperCase, like "External Job Description", it comes from Recruiting Management,
• If it's a LowerCase, like "externalJobDescription", it's one of the default options in Recruiting Posting.
