2968712 - Error message in PDC ???RE_Message_Definition_Missing??? - Onboarding

When your onboardee tries to complete the personal data collection step, the following error message shows up: ???RE_Message_Definition_Missing???

SAP Successfactors Onboarding

1. Login as Onboardee;
2. Try to complete the personal data collection step;
3. When submit, you'll notice the following error message: ???RE_Message_Definition_Missing???

1. There is no error message defined in your business rule as described in KBA 2823912 - Error message when saving MDF Custom Object 
2. The object definition for Message is set to not visible for external users.

For the first scenario, please apply the changes as described in KBA 2823912 - Error message when saving MDF Custom Object

For the second scenario, please follow this procedure:

1. Go to Admin Center > Configure Object Definitions > Message Definition;
2. Click in Take Action;
3. Change the mdfSystemExternalUserVisibility to read only
