2968786 - Key icon not appearing for any position in Succession Org Chart

Key Position icon not showing or highlighting for all Positions in the Succession org Chart even if all the configuration is correct on the Org Chart XML, picklist map on the configure object definition position and picklist.

SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development

1. Go to Admin Center 
2. Hit on the Dropdown menu
3. Succession > Succession Org Chart
4. Search for Critical Position in the Org Chart > Key Position Icon not showing in the Org Chart

In configure object definition, if the position object secured status is set to no, the user will not have an ability to view the key position icon on the Org Chart.

For the user to have an ability to view the key position icon on the Org Chart. They need to change the value of the Secured to Yes under Security on the position.

1. Go to Admin Center
2. Configure Object Definition
3. Position
4. Take Action Make Correction 
5. Go to Security
6. Change value of Secured to Yes
7. Hit Save
8. Grant user access to the position object in their Succession role base permissions
