You notice that when pressing enter in the e-mail editor for tickets, a new paragraph is generated rather than a new line.

Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Service work center.
- Navigate to Tickets work center view.
- Open any ticket.
- Navigate to Interactions tab.
- Click New.
- Type in some text.
- Click Enter.
- See that a new paragraph is generated.
This is the system standard behavior.
When using the TinyMCE Editor or RTE Editor, every Enter is considered as a next paragraph. While every Shift+Enter is considered as a line.
