2969377 - Initiate onboarding error - Onboarding

While initiating Onboarding a timestamp error message is presented, such as below example:

"errorId=152ae3fb-8ec7-46da-9d26-c2967052f58c, fingerprint=f58a0e53883661f1aa8f703faf9a8b04f4699769, timestamp=2020-09-14T15:50:04.025+0000, errorMessage=An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support (with the error information of errorId=152ae3fb-8ec7-46da-9d26-c2967052f58c, timestamp=2020-09-14T15:50:04.025+0000, and the version information from the current screen) if the issue keeps occurring."

1. Go to Recruiting;
2. Open your job requisition select your candidate;
3. Click in Initiate Onboarding;
4. Timestamp error message shows up.

Onboarding 2.0 was enabled in provisioning, however, the basic settings such as creating mappings in Recruit-to-Hire were not done, because of that the candidate to employee integration template is empty.

In order to initiate Onboarding, you must complete the basic settings for Onboarding such as mapping values from Recruiting Management.
