2969970 - How to Show the Standard Dashboard Service Overview

Symptom

You want to show the standard dashboard Service Overview via the work center Analysis to a specific user.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Resolution

  1. Go to the work center Administrator and the view Business User.
  2. Show all users and search for user ABC (ABC stands for the user who you want to have access to the dashboard).
  3. Select the user and Edit the Access Rights.
  4. Go to the tab Work Center and View Assignment.
  5. Expand the work center Analysis (COD_ANALYSIS).
  6. Search for the work center view SEOD_APPLICATION_WCVSID Service Overview and assign it to the user by ticking the box.
  7. Save your changes.
  8. Login with user ABC and go the work center Analysis view Dashboard.
  9. This user has now access to the standard dashboard Service Overview.
