ILM Store job fails with message:

500: Internal error in data archiving service or in lower-level server components
DA Service Message: Problem occurred while inserting data via facade

Corresponding log in transaction SLG1 shows error:

"Dereferencing the NULL reference
No authorization to executre an operating system command (...)
Runtime error in method IF_ILM_STOR_FACADE_DATA~INSERT"
