2970390 - Update process flow error - Onboarding

• An application error is received when updating the process flow for a user.

Error Message: An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support (with the error information of errorId=[], timestamp=YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS, and the version information from the current screen) if the issue keeps occurring.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0

1. Login to the instance
2. Go to Update Process Flow for ONB 2.0
3. Select the only available user in the dropdown
4. Update
5. Error is received

Deafult Onboarding Process (Onboarding2ProcessCoreWorkflow) in Manage data -> ONB2ProcessVariant is inactive

Please update Deafult Onboarding Proces  status and change it to 'Active', then save and try out updating BPE Process flow again.
