2970854 - Is it possible to change Ghost Text Date for Reference Date field on RMK? - Recruiting Marketing

Need to change the date format of the ghost text on the reference date filter column on the career site.

1. Adds the reference date on as relevance column on the career. 
2. When searching for the job requisition, the ghost text is showing different format. (eg. j/n/aaaa  for th_TH locale).

As designed, the date format as well as the Ghost Text are localized on RMK. The format of the date and the Ghost Text will depend on the locale of Career site. Currently, there is no option to make customizations on the Ghost Text Format and this can be considered a product limitation and as enhancement.
