How is the date format of the ghost text and the reference date filter column determined on the RMK career site?

Is it possible to change this format?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. Add the reference date on as relevance column on the career site
2. When searching for the job requisition, the ghost text is showing in a particular format. 

As designed, the date format as well as the Ghost Text are localized on RMK. The format of the date and the Ghost Text will depend on the selected locale on the Career site.
For example :  j/n/aaaa  for th_TH locale.

Currently, there is no option to make customizations to the Format but an enhancement request can be submitted for consideration by our Product Management team. See KBA 2090228 - How to submit enhancement ideas for SAP SuccessFactors Products.
