2970884 - I-9 Reverification missing SSN and Section 2 information in populated in PDF Form - ONB

• Candidate completed i-9 Reverification step, but the actual PDF Form did not generate SSN in it.
• Candidate completed i-9 Reverification step, but the actual PDF Form did not capture the information in Section 2 which was present during the Onboarding Step and initial i-9 all section form.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• It is expected behavior when new hire has the Foreign passport i94, not the SSN card.
• System does not map anything in the section 2 documents section for i9Reverification form as per initial design. Checked the form itself, it does not contain any mapped fields in section2 documents. This an expected behavior.
