2971265 - Error Msg 17590 on database sybmgmtdb because job scheduler failed during upgrade - SAP ASE

• Upgrade ASE from ASE 15.7 SPx to ASE 16.0 SPx PLx using setup.bin -i console
• Job Scheduler is not activated

• ASE errorlog shows:

  Job Scheduler failed to open database 'sybmgmtdb'.
  Job Scheduler found incorrect or damaged database 'sybmgmtdb'.
• During upgrade:
  Updating SAP Adaptive Server Enterprise 'myserver'...
  Start SAP Adaptive Server Enterprise ...
  The sybmgmtdb database size is too small: alter database to add at least 76 MB
  of data space.
  SAP Adaptive Server Enterprise has been started.
  Updating SAP Adaptive Server Enterprise failed.
