Cause
This behavior is caused because the permissions to the information of the schemas was not provided on the module. See example below:
Resolution
To make the tables available on creating the queries for the Story reports it is required to give the permissions to the module as example above. Please see this link on the help portal with the permissions for the different modules. The Recruiting module also has the same type of permissions.
