Criterias for justified "Very High" priority ticket in SAP Datasphere


SAP Datasphere


"Very High" priority is justified when:

  • Productive SAP Datasphere tenants can not be reached, see  SAP KBA 2882762 - Outage Information for SAP Datasphere
  • Imminent system go-live of a production tenant (for example, within the next five working days) is impacted, which would cause serious losses if not resolved before go-live.
  • Critical and productive Data Models, Stories, or replications that used to work properly are impacted by regression issues

"Very High" priority is NOT justified when:
