Symptom
Criterias for justified "Very High" priority ticket in SAP Datasphere
Environment
SAP Datasphere
Resolution
"Very High" priority is justified when:
- Productive SAP Datasphere tenants can not be reached, see SAP KBA 2882762 - Outage Information for SAP Datasphere
- Imminent system go-live of a production tenant (for example, within the next five working days) is impacted, which would cause serious losses if not resolved before go-live.
- Critical and productive Data Models, Stories, or replications that used to work properly are impacted by regression issues
"Very High" priority is NOT justified when:
- Test/Development SAP Datasphere tenants can not be reached, see SAP KBA 2882762 - Outage Information for SAP Datasphere
- Tenant provisioning
- Datasphere project is delayed
- Connectivity with DP Agent can not be established
- New model or development is not working as expected
Very High priority requirements:
- 24x7 Contact phone number
- SAP Datasphere tenant URL
- Clear definition of steps to reproduce
- Support User, see SAP KBA 2891554 - How to create a Support User in SAP Datasphere
