2971690 - DB6: SQL2044N RC=3 during migration of SAP system

Symptom

During the migration of SAP system, SQL2044N error with reason code 3 happens in import phase.

Package import log shows:

(DB6) [IBM][CLI Driver][DB2/NT64] SQL0150N The target fullselect, view, typed table, materialized query table, range-clustered table, or staging table in the INSERT, DELETE, UPDATE, MERGE, or TRUNCATE statement is a target for which the requested operation is not permitted. SQLSTATE=42807

(DB6) INFO: Virtual Table <table name> has been successfully converted ( ignore SQL0150N )
(DB6) Using LOAD API for table <table name>
(DB6) [IBM][CLI Driver][DB2/NT64] SQL2044N An error occurred while accessing a message queue. Reason code: "3".
