2971711 - Documents were not uploaded to Document Center - Onboarding 1.0

Your new hire has completed his Onboarding, however, his documents are not available in Document Search.

SAP Successfactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Complete Onboarding for someone;
2. Go to Document Center and search for the documents signed by this person;
3. Your search does not return any results.

This issue can happen by different causes such as permissions and settings. In this article we will cover the performance aspect. 
The file transfer between Onboarding and Document Center happens once the candidate completes his Onboarding (All Documents Submitted status), usually, these files are uploaded to document center 30 minutes - 1 Hour after. This may change due the server workload.

Our suggestion is to wait for a few hours (a day at maximum) and check again. If are still unable to find the files, please raise an case and support team will help on check if any issue has happened.

As a workaround, you can still view / download new hire's document from Onboarding Work Queue.
