Symptom

  • Trying to install ECDA 15.7 SP05 EBF 25402 on Linux as follows:

    ./setup -is:tempdir /DUMPS -is:log logfile.out -console

  • The installer paints several lines of dots, then terminates.
  • logfile.out" says: ERROR: Invalid bundled JVM. Missing 'jvm' file.
