2972062 - [SF MOB] - Job Requisitions Approved with empty mandatory fields

If a collaborative or iterative step is used in the route map of a requisition, it is possible to approve the requisition via the mobile app with empty mandatory fields.

This is expected behavior.

The collaborative step and iterative step are not officially supported in the RCM Mobile App, they are still supported in the Web App. To avoid requisitions being approved with empty mandatory fields please either approve the collaborative/iterative step in the web app or use a single step instead.
