You are working with SAP Solution Manager 7.2, and want to setup system monitoring for SAPWEBDISP. You notice corresponding instance number is not correctly set under GetAlertTree calls to collect following metrics, and causes grey metrics:
- Web Dispatcher Status
- Web Dispatcher ICM Cache Usage
- Web Dispatcher ICM Connections
- Web Dispatcher ICM Thread Number
Checking e2emai.logs you can see that calls are performed against incorrect port:
Caused by: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused (Connection refused) (local port XXXXX to address 0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0, remote port ZNNZZ to address YYY.YY.YY.YYY (hostname))
*Where remote port Z<NN>ZZ contains 2 digits instance number, for example 80
