Symptom
When working with SAP Solution Manager 7.2 and setting up system monitoring for SAPWEBDISP, it is noticed that the corresponding instance number is not correctly set under GetAlertTree calls. This results in the failure to collect certain metrics, leading to them appearing as grey.

- Web Dispatcher ICM Cache Usage
- Web Dispatcher ICM Connections
- Web Dispatcher ICM Thread Number
Error message can be found in e2emai.logs of Diagnostics Agent /logs folder, it shows that the calls are performed against incorrect port:
Caused by: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused (Connection refused) (local port XXXXX to address 0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0, remote port ZNNZZ to address YYY.YY.YY.YYY (hostname))
*Where remote port Z<NN>ZZ contains 2 digits instance number, for example 80
