2972338 - Is it possible to edit Performance Management or 360 Review Forms in a signature step?

You've configured write permissions for fields on a Performance Management or 360 Reviews form, but the fields are not editable during the signature step.

While field permissions (including write permissions) can be defined for signature stage steps in Performance Management and 360 Review forms, during the Signature Stage forms are read-only.

• By design forms are read only during the signature stage, this includes custom fields. 
• 360 Reviews templates can be configured to have a competency section that is editable in a Signature step as part of the Post Review Phase. This is done by adding a sub-element <editable-in-signature-step> to a competency section, this is only valid for competency sections and 360 form templates. The primary use case is to allow the manager to enter comments that will appear in the Detailed 360 Report, these comments use the section comments or repurpose competencies and use item comments. To show this section only in during a signature step, use the section permissions to hide it at all other times. Editing other fields during the signature step is not supported, while you may be able to edit the fields the changes may not be reflected correctly when the form is completed.
• Note: Ratings entered into this section do not affect the overall 360 score and do not appear in the Detailed 360 Report.
