2972374 - Searching For Completed Workflows For Future-Dated Hires From ONB2.0

An Onboarding candidate has been processed and their hire workflow has been completed. Now, however, they cannot be searched in 'Manage Workflow Requests' in order to view the completed workflow.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Manage Pending Hires

1. Process an ONB2.0 candidate from 'Manage Pending Hires' with an effective date in the future
2. Approve the workflow
3. Search for the completed workflow
4. The completed workflow for the future-dated hire is not searchable

This is currently not supported. Onboarding New Hires (External Users) are currently not searchable in the Manage Workflow Requests Page. The Onboarding New Hire remains inactive until their hire date, after which they are converted to internal and can be searched in the tool accordingly.

This is expected behaviour as of the current product, as ONB 2.0 candidates are External Users and so are not able to be searched in the 'Manage Workflow Requests' tool.

If you would like this to be considered in the future, you can submit an enhancement request for the same.
