Symptom

Unable to search completed workflow of a future-dated hire from ONB2.0

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Manage Workflow Requests
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Manage Pending Hires

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Process an ONB2.0 candidate from Manage Pending Hire with an effective date in the future
  2. Approve the workflow
  3. Search for the completed workflow
  4. The completed workflow of a future-dated hire is not searchable

Cause

This is currently not supported. Onboarding New Hires (External Users) are currently not searchable in the Manage Workflow Requests Page. The Onboarding New Hire remains inactive until start-date.

Resolution

An Enhancement ticket has already been created to support this feature - ECT-150699. There is no confirmed date yet on when this will be implemented. This KBA will be updated accordingly.
