This field data is when username, firstname, lastname, email and status are changed for the last time.

It’s based on if those five fields are changed or not.

In the processes that user can be updated, such as employee import and user odata API, the system will check if these 5 fields are changed or not. If any of the 5 fields is changed, the sciLastModified will be updated.
