2972407 - Request Type does not filter the Event Reasons in My Workflow Request Page

Symptom

When selecting Request Type, the Event Reason drop-down values are not filtered

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to My Workflow Requests Page.
  2. Select "Request Type" as Rehire.
  3. Click on the "Event Reason" drop-down and notice that all Event Reasons are displayed instead of only those that are related to Rehire.

  

Cause

This is working as expected. Event Reasons are not filtered based on the Request Type selected.

Resolution

If this is a requirement, please create an Enhancement Request in out Influence Tool https://influence.sap.com/successfactors.
