2972432 - Onboarding process not visible in Manage Data - Onboarding 2.0

You are trying to search for an existing Onboarding Process in Manage Data.

SAP Successfactors Onboarding 2.0

1. Go to Manage Data;
2. Select Process object;
3. In the search section, no results are found.

One of the possible causes for this issue is that you don't have permissions on the Onboarding External Users group.

Include the Onboarding External Users as target popuation in the permission role where the access to Process is being granted.
