Does Imminent Purge Notification considers Candidates with active applications before sending the notification?

The Imminent Purge Notification is designed and works around a system Job, that will run to check the candidates eligible for purge on the timeframe of a week.

When this job runs to create the list of eligible candidates to be purged, the job search for the eligible candidates uses the exact same criteria that is applied when the respective list of candidates is created for purging. In other words, if there are constraints that will prevent a candidate to be purged, such as an current active Application on the system, this constraint will also be valid for the job that sends the Imminent Purge Notification.

One thing that could happen, in some specific cases, is that after the job has already completed generating the list of eligible candidates, this specific candidate applies to a Job Requisition. In this case the candidate would have recieved the Imminent Purge Notification, but the candidate will not be purged, as when the Purge job runs this candidate will no longer be eligible for purging.
