2972887 - lastModifiedDateTime from Application does not reflect the TimeZone - Recruiting Management

The field lastModifiedDateTime on the application entity does not reflect the data on the user TimeZone.

That is caused by the current system design. On the entities implementation there is no treatment being executed on the data.

On the current design of the system, the lastModified field on the JobApplication entity, it indeed does not reflect the value on the TimeZone of the user, it comes a the timezone of the server, in this case, the data center that the instance is hosted at.

When querying the lastModifiedDateTime information from the JobApplication, the system is returning the information as a plain string, which ends up being the Date and Time at the server time, instead of the one on the user time zone.
