2972938 - Activity list error "Cannot find type with name:" - Continuos Performance Management

When accessing the Continuous Performance page, an error messages is shown: "Cannot find type with name: ActivityList.svc.DiscussionTopic" and the page does not open.

This issue happens when the "Discussion Topics" is enabled in the Continuous Performance Management Configuration, but the users do not have view or edit permission in RBP

Evaluate, if you wish to use "Discussion Topics" then will be necessary to add the roles with View or Edit permission to the discussion topics.
Or, if the company does not need to use the "Discussion Topics" then is necessary to disable this option in the Continuous Performance configuration page.
