2973390 - Monitor Import App / Data Load Monitor Error

After uploading the Contact Data using the CSV file you receive an error in the Monitor Import App/ Data Load Monitor.

• SAP Marketing Cloud Edition

1. Open the Monitor Import App.
2. Navigate to Error section. 
3. Select File Import.
4. Under Messages you can see the error "Attribute PermissionID is initial."

OR

1. Go to Data Load Monitor App.
2. Here you see the  error CUAN_MKT_PERM and Attribute &1 is initial.
3. Open the error you will see the detailed error message as shown in the below screen shot.

The attribute doesnot have any value for which you are importing the permission.

Under File import in the Data section you can see the Attribute value is missing.

Example:

If you selecting the OPT_IN_SMTP_ADDR: Y or N then you have to ensure to maintain the value for the attribute SMTP_ADDR.

• OPT_IN_SMTP_ADDR          - SMTP_ADDR
• OPT_IN_TELNR_LONG         - TELNR_LONG
• OPT_IN_TELNR_MOBILE      - TELNR_MOBILE
• OPT_IN_FAXNR_LONG         - FAXNR_LONG

Maintain the Attribute value then try to import the failed contact data.

Attribute, Attribute PermissionID is initial, Import Monitor Error, Permission Missing, Data Load Monitor, 
CUAN_MKT_PERM, FILE_UPLOAD,Attribute &1 is initial. , KBA , data_file_load , attribute &1 is initial , cuan_mkt_perm , marketing cloud , file_upload , CEC-MKT-DM-IC , Interaction Contact , Problem
