2973446 - Email Campaign is being received in blank - Recruiting Management

When sending an Email Campaign, the candidate receives the e-mail empty although there is an Email Layout selected.

1. Send an Email Campaign
2. When the candidate receive it, they can see the e-mail content in blank

1. The content field is not filled.
2. The email includes links that have spaces in them. This will break the encoding for the overall HTML.

1. It is necessary to add information to the Content field otherwise the Email Layout will not be displayed.
2. Please make sure that spaces in links are properly HTML encoded as %20. Please also remove extra spaces inserted at the end of the link.
