2973503 - ASE upgrade fails with "Installation failed with rc=0" - SAP ASE for BS

• When SAP ASE is upgraded using saphostctrl , it fails with "Installation failed with rc=0".
• When I check ASE_Suite.log and sybInst.xxxx.out, the "The installation was successful." message was outputting in Japanese.
