2973835 - App - Inserting a minus pourcentage value in a row designed for percent value, gives an error.

When you try to insert a minus pourcentage in a row with percent value, the system gives the error:

'The number you are entering is out of range, only number with maximim 15 digits and scale less than 7 digits are accepted'

1/ You have define an input report with a row in pourcentage

2/ Try to fill in with minus pourcentage value

There was a dysfunction for this particular issue caused by the way javascript handles the numbers
