The above error message is displayed in Recruiter Sync in Command Center: RCM userSync service returned err responseHTTP Err Status: 403.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

A few possible reasons of this error are as below:

• RMK is not enabled in Provisioning.
• The Datacenter URLs are incorrect in Provisioning.
• The API credentials are incorrect in Provisioning.
• The BizX Company ID populated under Settings/Site Configuration /Site Integrations in CSB is not correct. Note the Company ID is case sensitive.
• The Datacenter of the Bizx Co ID populated under Settings/Site Configuration /Site Integrations in CSB is not correct

Note : The RCM/RMK integration must be a one to one relationship. It is not permitted to connect several Bizx instances to the one RMK instance by reusing the RMK Settings and Data Center URLs in provisioning.

Since all of the fields above mentioned are related to implementation of the RMK module, SAP Support is not authorized to perform theses changes. For this reason, please, reach out to an implementation partner or SAP Professional Services to fix these configurations.
