2973942 - Db2 table activation fails with 'View DMEE_HEAD_ABA was not activated'.

Symptom

Db2 (Db6) object DMEE_HEAD_ABA  is a transparent table.  An attempt to activate this table using transaction code SE14 fails with the following message output:
