2974050 - Silent transfer for material cost estimate

You created material cost estimate, saved it and afterwards changed the BOM structure for component material. When you cost estimate for the header material again, you find the newly changed BOM structure is not reflected into the new cost estimate result.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Create cost estimate for the header material.
2. Change BOM structure for component material.
3. Create cost estimate for the header material again.

It's called silent transfer. The already created cost estimates will be used by header material by default to retain consistency.

If you would like to have the newly changed BOM structure to be reflected into the new cost estimate result, please reorganize the cost estimate for the component material and create the cost estimate for header material again.
