2974310 - Is it Possible to Address a Position Number to a Job Requisition That Was Created Directly from RCM - Recruiting Management

Users do not want to create a Job Requisition through Position Org Chart. Would be possible to create the Job Requisition via RCM and have the same behavior as creating through the Position itself?

Yes, it's possible to associate a Job Requisition to a Position when raising it from RCM however, the mapping of information from the Position to the Job Requisition will not work.

As workaround to have the information pre-filled, you can use Job Roles and Families or either have a set of Business Rules to populate some fields automatically.

How to associate a Position inside the Job Requisition:
