2974382 - Symbolic Link warning during Oracle 19c Upgrade

Symptom

Scenario I:

In post upgrade step of Oracle 19c upgrade "Check for symbolic links in directory objects" (SAP note 2800001) was followed and post DB restart change doesnot take affect.Also a warning is generated as below in the Oracle alert log.

Oracle Alert Log:

joxcsys_required_dirobj_exists: directory object exists with wrong path /oracle/<SID>/19.0.0/javavm/admin, required path is / oracle / <SID> / 19 / javavm / admin /, pid 26804628 cid 0
joxcsys_ensure_directory_object: created directory object with path / oracle / <SID> / 19 / javavm / admin /, pid 26804628 cid 0

Scenario II:

Issue may also happen during SBP, in catsbp execution:

Connecting to database...
Connecting to database...done.
Initializing database session...
Initializing database session...done.
Determining dictionary information... Determining dictionary information...done.
Preparing for Datapatch execution... Preparing for Datapatch execution...done.
Determining patch state...
Prerequisite check failed:
Cause: The installed patches cannot be determined with DBMS_QOPATCH.
Action: Check the log file generated by this script, the QOPatch log file $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/log/qopatch_log.log, and My Oracle Support Note
1609718.1.

In qopatch_log.log you will see the following error:

KUP-05007:   Warning: Intra source concurrency disabled because the preprocessor option is being used.
KUP-03037: Links may exist in the Oracle directory object path.
