2974391 - Deactivation / disable of Fast Data Access (FDA)

You need to disable FDA due to an issue with it being active. Primarily the issue that FDA can introduce is heavy performance loads. While we cannot be certain the performance hit is coming from FDA, disabling it frequently results in some form of improvement.
