2974775 - Language does not reflect immediately after changing in BizX to the LMS for external learners

After selecting a different language in the LMS or the BizX settings, the other module does not reflect the change. If you change in LMS, the BizX does not show, and when you change in BizX , the change does not show in LMS.

The browser is sometimes faster than our API to update on the backend and will load the current state of the language at the time it calls, which has not been updated by the api to change the settings. 

Selecting Learning from the dropdown, or going back into the BizX settings, then going back into the learning home page should display the settings.
