2974920 - member list not visible when trying to add in a group [SAP Jam]

Symptom

  • try to invite a member list to a group, the member list is not returning from the search
  • member list has been created however it is not found when trying to add to a group

Environment

SAP Jam Collaboration

Reproducing the Issue

  1. create a member list
  2. go to a group
  3. click invite and try to find the member lis
  4. the member list cannot be found

Cause

The member list was named with a space at the start, for example: " Member list name"

Resolution

Correct the name of the member list by removing the space at the start of the name.
