2974966 - Missing Countries in Refer a Friend - Internal Career Site powered by CSB - Recruiting Marketing

When clicking on Refer a Friend on Internal Career Site powered by CSB there are countries missing from the Country drop-down list.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing (RMK)

• Internal Career Site Powered by CSB

1. Go to RMK site
2. Enter the employee credentials after clicking on Employee Login
3. Select any job on RMK home page
4. Click on Refer a Friend button
5. You will notice there are countries missing on Country field

The list is based on session user's locale and country picklist that is got from Bizx. Currently, the translations don't come from Picklist Center but from Manage Data > Country/Region entries.

Please follow the below steps to update the country picklist for the Refer a Friend form:

1. Go to the instance > Manage Data > Country/Region and complete translations for all used locales.
2. Perform an OData API Metadata Refresh
3. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Career Site Builder;
   
   1. Click on Appearance > Global
   2. Click on Save
4. Clean the cache in your browser
5. Authenticate and as an employee see the country picklist in Refer a Friend. The same should show all the values as expected.
