2975012 - Attendee Field in a New Appointment Does not Show Options Automatically


You are creating a new Appointment in the system and when typing the attendees name in the Attendees field, the system does not show a drop-down with the options available, as it happens to others fields.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Account Management work center.
  2. Select the New Appointment option from the Common Tasks.
  3. Enter a value in the Attendee field; Ex: ABC (ABC represents the ID of the Attendee).

The system does not return any value.


This is the current system behavior.
