SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Global Benefits

1. Login to instance > Employee profile
2. Go to Benefit overview > request for an Opt-out from an enrollment
3. Opt-Out workflow triggered
4. As an approver, try to approve the Opt-out workflow
5. Error: fingerprint=505ff6677cd4b7dfd6ea8d2a1bd24e1228cd1964. Please try again later, or notify support 

• The Benefit has payroll integration enabled and configured the pay component but the employee's benefit enrollment records has no Benefit payment method
• When employee enrolled into the Benefit, payroll integration was not enabled and hence the enrollment was successful even if the payment method was not selected during the enrollment. Later in the Benefit, payroll integration was enabled and hence during Opt-out system is trying to delimit the enrollment and compensation record.

• Disable payroll integration in the Benefit and approve Opt-out workflow

         OR

• Cancel the workflow and delete the benefit enrollment records. Enroll into the Benefit again by choosing the Benefit payment method.
