2975190 - Print Document Extracts-Thailand is only for Local Currency

Run app "Print Document Extracts" to generate invoice/receipt form for Thailand, the amount in the generated form is only for local currency, not for document currency.

Run APP 'Print Document Extracts' for Thailand

This is due to the fact that the `values for Amount` are currently available for both local currency and document currency. However, the `Amount in characters` is designed exclusively for local currency. To prevent any inconsistencies between the digit amount and the characters amount, the decision was made to limit the support to local currency within the `TH Receipt form`. 

As per the standard behavior of SAP, the current implementation of `TH Receipt form` supports only local currency.
